This article was written in 2010.  Today, you are facing UN mandated “enforcing animal health…via checkpoints” passed by your individual states.   As you will see, this is for the management of planetary animals of which the UN considers you, well, an animal.  Checkpoints are not only on the highway.  We now encounter “facemask” checkpoints to buy or sell and interact with society.

In this article, I photographically documented 2 miles of checkpoint signs leading up to the actual checkpoint.  These photographs were taken on Friday, July 30, 2010 in Montana.

Are you aware that an international agricultural health code has been implemented down to the state and local level?  There is actually a trilogy in Terrestrial Health Code series each over 1300 pages with the mandate to control all life.  Many of us have become desensitized to the mostly unconstitutional travel checkpoint.  In researching this article I made attempt to discover the history of travel checkpoints but was unable to find their origins but societies that desired the strong arm of control instituted capricious and demanding checkpoints.  Today the government has expanded their checkpoint system from border crossing inspections to state and local roads for a variety of “reasons” from the war on drugs (DUI), insurance mandates, vehicle defects, to seat-belts.  Most Americans are unaware that around 2006 most states have instituted unconstitutional agricultural checkpoints.  What are the implications of such actions taken by these United States of the Republic?

The acts of each one of us should be wholly devoted to God alone.  For this refines the inner life and purifies the heart of any foreign element that would ruin these [acts], and saves one from various forms of ingratiation, which leads to affection and to flattery of others.

Most of us grew up in an age of refinement and etiquette.  It was a time when self-denial forged the character of moral and spiritual giants.  What we are witnessing is an explosion of self worship, the “me” generation, who is so pampered that they have lost the ability to reach out to those around them including family, friends, acquaintances, and the poor in society that we should naturally gravitate to assist.  Why this is occurring is through the dialectic process of taking moral absolutes and transforming them.  When we take an absolute and engage in the dialectic process, we begin to question the absolute truths in life.  Whether it is religion or societal norms this consensus process destroys the lives of those who choose to engage in the Marxist praxis (practice).

With the event of 911 the government became obsessed with full execution of Marxist philosophy.  The only “capitalism” left in America today is the capitalization of feeling manipulation.  To achieve that end, Big Bro wants you to “feel” safe and so Americans are subjected to the vilest humiliations as liberty is stripped bare our land.  We have no one to blame except ourselves for our vassal condition.  As humans we can choose a life path and consequential character traits.  What lays in the balance today is that each one of us must choose to whom we be wholeheartedly devoted.  Will you choose God, resulting in natural God-given rights?  The alternative is to choose self which gravitates to evil. 

It is impossible to attain character refinement by relying upon government as a god of sorts to provide our every need.  Our wholehearted devotion is inhibited when we allow a plethora of machines that reduce our innate intellect into something akin to a mass of jelly?  Whole-hearted devotion is embracing the simpler lifestyle which acknowledges that we are dependent upon something far greater than self, reaching out to others, becoming aware of the evils which threaten our extinction, and to engage in making our life be one of quality that impacts each soul around us and impacts our planet for good.  Now that the Terrestrial Animal Health Code has come to your consciousness, will you engage in preventing its ominous spread?

We are each given this treasure of wholehearted devotion during our lives. Do you want to share this pure devotion with an international governance force?  Will you share your treasure with our filthy national government?  With friends who may only be for a season?  For material goods which are here today and gone tomorrow?

Each one of us one should be careful of our thoughts, on guard against them, and in control of them.  Most importantly not give to man what belongs to God, and that is our wholehearted devotion.

Will your Elected ‘Officials’ Protect You?

Remember, in the old days when large Billboards with advertisements littered our scenic roads and highways?  A person would barely pass one and they would see another sign.  It became so vile in fact that the Legislature’s across America banned the quantity, size and other factors to limit sign pollution.  Well, that was then, and today we have a new hybrid version of road warrior signs.  They are not commercial; they are much more aggressive, and dangerous. These checkpoint signs are subtle and insidious. 

But let us take a step back to where these signs are emanating from.  When unconstitutional bills, codes, acts, treaties, and guidelines can you trust your elected ‘officials’ to make the constitutionally correct choice?  As most of us are learning the hard way the answer to that question is a resounding NO. 

Let us run a constitutionality checkpoint of our own on this 2006 proposed State of Washington legislation. 

Here is the background.  This proposed legislation was introduced in the 2006 session under the short title, “Enforcing animal health laws,’ SB 5204.  The public was on campus introducing their own proposed legislation opposing the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) when they became aware of SB 5204.  A group of concerned citizens took time out of their schedules and bills to visit with each Representative and Senator about the unconstitutionality and dangers of this bill.  Given the numerous Representatives and Senators it took a significant amount of time.  Imagine the public’s horror when the vote came in 100% for this unconstitutional proposal!  Some of us took to the campus corridors to hold our elected officials’ feet to the fire on why they would vote for an unconstitutional bill that they had been educated on.  One Representative, whom I asked, “the question”, got a white-face and asked me to sit for a few minutes and he retreated to his office.  When he came back, he invited me in and I discovered that he had not read the bill.  I also learned a dirty little political secret that our elected officials do not really read the bills they Caucasus the bill.  What this means is that if the Caucasus Chair is for it they all are for and vice-versa.  Since his feet were in the fire along with my other elected officials, he changed his vote (post vote) and so did the others.  I must give him credit for that, but the whole incident was abhorrent to me.

Now it is time to run this proposal through the Constitutional Challenge!

Can you see what is constitutionally wrong with this proposed legislation which passed in the State of Washington in 2006?  I will underline the infractions, just like they do to us.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

6 NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 16.36 RCW to read as follows:

The director may establish points of inspection for vehicles transporting animals on the public roads of this state to determine if the animals being transported are accompanied by valid health certificates, permits, or other documents as required by this chapter or its rules. Vehicles transporting animals on the public roads of this state are subject to inspection and must stop at any posted inspection point established by the director. The director or authorized appointed officers are to stop a vehicle transporting animals upon the public roads of this state at a place other than an inspection point if there is reasonable cause to believe the animals are being transported in violation of this chapter or its rules.

There you have it the whole proposal was pretty much constitutionally unsound.

The term ‘Invasive Species’ comes from the UN Terrestrial Health Code

The word check in the Black’s Legal Dictionary, 6^th Edition, is a verb meaning “to control or restrain; to hold within bounds.  To verify or audit […]; reference to the control […] over another.” 

That pretty much sums up what a a checkpoint is:

1. To control or restrain
2. To verify or audit
3. Control one over another
   

We can take the concept of checkpoints all the way back to their ancient linguistic concepts.  What we learn from tracing the Greek linguistic roots of checkpoints is that their purpose is to look, see, perceive and take note. 

What we learn from the Hebrew linguistic root שֹׁבֵר sabara is to probe a wound and examine.  Used in a different context, שָׂבַר sabar, erroneously, shabar /saw·bar it means to learn information and decide about the item observed.  Embedded within the form of checkpoint is an interesting illumination arising from within the notion of ‘to wait and hope’ and to ‘have a dependent trust and relationship for a certain state or hoped event’. 

Who has not experienced in a checkpoint or similar situation that you were certainly forced into a trusting relationship and that the ‘official’ whatever sort he or she was had some preconceived opinion already formed?  As we saw from the proposed legislation, that did, in fact pass, that the constitutional probable cause was removed with all it’s protections, with ‘reasonable’ being inserted and subject to any whim of an official, with no guarantee of protection.

 

Eurasian Water Milfoil is a plant that came to America in the 1960’s and is native to Africa, Europe, and Asia.  The proclaimed cure:  watershed management under UN supervision.  This sets precedent for certain classes or species to be managed under supervision.

Depending upon the checkpoint you are about to encounter and depending upon the state you are in you can find as few as 1 and as many as 30 signs in a mere 3 square miles.  Each one of these signs costs you the taxpayer about $200 for each sign.  So, for this checkpoint that adds up to a whopping $6000 just for signs!  Then add equipment which is an unknown amount, staffing, and management which is usually the costliest.

A Modest Checkpoint

At the end of the seemingly endless warning signs are few government employed individuals (keepers) who are there to ensure your “security” and “safety” from nefarious bugs, plants, and animals that they themselves allow into our country through our open door border policy.  The ancient concept of keeper נָטַר [natar /naw·tar/] is also revealing in its root definitions: “keep”, “keeper”, “reserve”, and “grudge”.  Once again we run into a preconceived idea taking the form of a grudge against, We the People.

The Search

After an intense series of warning signs, you finally come to the pre-positioned governmental ‘officials’ who will be searching you or your property more than likely unconstitutionally.

The word search חָפַשׂ is an interesting word when it comes to ancient definitions and you may want to reflect upon some of this before you encounter your next checkpoint.  When searching a person(s) are digging and seeking.  They are searching out or searching for something.  They have a thought out or devised plan which result in unjust acts.  The term search can mean to test, expose and plunder.  The term search can include either the searcher or searchee disguise oneself. This disguise is accomplished by a change of garments with particular care of headgear over the eyes or face.  A change in garments is also a typical way to disguise oneself to the degree that a person no longer looks like the person that he really is due to the change.  A common usage of this technique would be undercover or unmarked checkpoints or officials who will lay aside their “royal garb” for the purpose of the hunt.  A word to the wise from history is that those evading the hunt by way of disguise rarely accomplish their goal.

In concrete situations, such as a checkpoint, the government will search through vehicle to vehicle for plunder.  During the searching process there is both a physical and mental search going on simultaneously.  Oftentimes, there is a professionally researched or conceived plot or scheme to entrap people.  This is the case with the UN Terrestrial Health Code.

We really need to understand in our mind’s eye the basic facts of checkpoints.  They are a shrewd plot, ploy, devise, and plan of action that violates the constitution and are used by unscrupulous characters presenting themselves as ‘officials.  Their task is to track down, hunt down, and inquire about violator’s and other non-compliant person’s.  During the process of being searched you can be ransacked and formally examined.  Years ago, this abuse occurred most often at border checkpoints, but now could be at the end of your driveway!  You could be plundered as an extension of searching for objects and uncovering and rooting out. 

You can be restricted and confined.  You can be controlled and restrained so that you no longer have freedom to move. As what is happening currently in Montana this August 2, 2020.

It is time we all resist these unlawful & unconstitutional checkpoints. 

The Accounting

 

When stopped at a checkpoint there is an accounting חָשַׁב, חֹשֵׁב [chashab /khaw·shab/] done depending upon the type of inspection checkpoint you encounter.  From within this ancient definition we find the character of the checkpoint: 

to think, account. to plan, devise, mean. to charge, impute, reckon, to esteem, value, regard. to invent. to be accounted, be thought, be esteemed. to be computed, be reckoned. to be imputed. to think upon, consider, be mindful of. to think to do, devise, plan. to count, reckon. to be considered, and lastly an associated word.  1557 גָּלָל [galal /gaw·lawl/] which translates as “dung’. 

Until today, checkpoints were considered by most Americans to be innocent until proven guilty through a constitutional process, not any longer, Americans are most assuredly considered guilty if not of the original charge another one, and must be criminally treated as dung, animal feces to be more succinct.  More and more Americans are discovering this unfortunate fact. 

There are some casually associated words which I think are important to note to grasp the fullness of the concepts of wholehearted devotion to God and also the opposite, that of checkpoints:

 גָּלָל (gālāl) account. “on account of,” “for the sake of,”

 גָּלַל (gālal), commit, remove, trust, run down, seek occasion, wallow, roll, and roll down, away or together.

Derivatives

  גַּל (gal) heap, wave,  גֵּל (gēl) dung,  גָּלָל (gālāl) dung, גֻּלָּה (gūllâ) basin, bowl,  גָּלִיל (gālı̂l) I, turning, folding,  גָּלִיל (gālı̂l) II, cylinder, rod, circuit,  גְּלִילָה (gĕlı̂lâ) circuit, boundary, territory,  גִּלּוּל (gillûl) idols,   גַּלְגָּל (galgāl) wheel, whirl, whirlwind,   גִּלְגָּל (gilgāl) I, wheel,  גֻּלְגֹּלֶת (gūlgōlet) skull, head,  מְגִלָּה (mĕgillâ) roll-interesting because of the war for your head in neurology and soon coming Mark.

Figuratively, gālal, means to roll some object on, upon, away, trust, or to commit one’s behavior.  With trust, the idea is that to “roll one’s trouble” upon someone or away from oneself, such as the government or the government “rolling their trouble” onto you.

Interestingly, gal meaning a Heap, wave, billow and spring has the idea of rolling or piling or heaping one thing upon another.  It is used of a heap of stones as wreckage of a city or as a memorial in the same fashion as water pushed up to form billows of water.  It is also used as a covenant of witness.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are insufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpation, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. […]  To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Pro Checkpoint Propaganda

There have been checkpoints throughout history but in America they pretty much quietly began being tolerated and pushed by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).  These mothers united and probably innocently became a pawn in the eventual decline towards tyranny in America.  I felt it critical to include these insidious pro checkpoint arguments.  The drunk driving or under the influence checkpoints became the model for all other checkpoints.  A little bit here and a little bit there and next thing you know the Constitution is gone.  Link

 “The Supreme Court ruled in Michigan v. Sitz that sobriety checkpoints are constitutional because the small inconvenience that drivers face is overwhelmed by a compelling state interest to save lives.”

“Support doesn’t trail off after implementation – support for this law enforcement tactics seems to grow.”

“There are significant cost savings sobriety checkpoints”.

“Checkpoints have been shown to not only detect impaired drivers, but also drivers with suspended licenses, illegal weapons, stolen vehicles and numerous other violations. Additionally, the publicity that goes along with the sobriety checkpoint increases the perceived risk of arrest and that is what gives the checkpoints their deterrent value.”

“The average stop at a sobriety checkpoint is about as long as an average red light. Just like the red light, the checkpoint can save lives. Most people accept the "intrusion" of stop signs and red lights and checkpoints to help keep our roads safe. In fact, there is more than 75% approval for sobriety checkpoints.”

Which of those states has had the courts disallow checkpoints? Won’t changing that be difficult?

Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Washington have had court decisions that disallowed checkpoints. Of these, Idaho, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Washington made these decisions before the Supreme Court found checkpoints to be constitutionally. These states will be harder to get checkpoints in than the states where it is at the will of the legislature. That is why we need everyone to support MADD and our policy efforts, especially in these states (But that changed in the State of Washington through a constant barrage of legislation). 

Now that ‘checkpoints’ know about the dangers of checkpoints what are you going to do about them?

Unreasonable searches and seizures are prohibited by the Forth Amendment of the US Constitution.

Unlawful or unreasonable search- Within the constitutional immunity (Forth Amendment) from unreasonable searches and seizures, an examination or inspection without authority of law of premises or person with the view to discovery of stolen, contraband, or illicit property or the evidence of guilt to be used in prosecution of criminal action.  Bush v.
