Viewers have had some very excellent comments and questions that I should clarify.  Freezing, freeze-drying, and dehydration have the same inherent problem as canning.  Home canners and commercial canners cannot:
  • Reach sufficient temperatures for safe canning
  • Do not have the ability to change the synthetic restructuring of the plants and animals 
  • Home and commercial canners are not privy to what will kill this novel secret strain of botulism.
