Teasing Out Coronavirus
On Valentine's Day, February 2020, Coronavirus was presented to the world as the Molecule of the Month in the shape of a heart.
In this world of fast and easy travel, emerging pathogenic weapons are increasingly becoming a major danger to world health. Coronaviruses are a notable example. Notable virulent forms have emerged from bioweapon facilities but these emerging diseases are being blamed on animal hosts.
In the days to come, you will be hearing alarming and disturbing news that zoonotic diseases pose a threat to human communities.
In 2003, the SARS virus emerged in China from bat populations, moving to civets and finally to humans. Ten years later, the MERS virus also emerged from bats, transferring in the Middle East to dromedary camels and then to humans.
Recently, another coronavirus has emerged in China, supposedly, by way of animals in a live market (if you believe that story). Structural biology is helping us understand these dangerous foes, including their classification within the PhyloCode Tree of Life. How is it possible that at the beginning of this pandemic there were reports of the zeroth origin coming from an animal from a "farmers market'?
Furthermore, the animal in question got it from a bat or a snake and then transmitted to humans who began to transmit it within their populations. The reason for the confusion stems that a few years ago all life was reclassified from the traditional Linneaus system to the new Phylo Code. This new code groups biological life together in clades. For instance, humans have now categorized in the same clade as humans the same clade with reptiles, dinosaurs, snakes, birds, and tetrapods. For more details, I write an article on the topic, Epic Battle of the Alien Alignment. It was introduced to the world in a government pandemic exercise known as Clade X.
Coronavirus Code
Coronaviruses contain a genome composed of a long RNA strand—one of the largest of all RNA viruses. This genome acts just like a messenger RNA when it infects a cell and directs the synthesis of two long polyproteins that include the machinery that the virus needs to replicate new viruses. These proteins include a replication/transcription complex that makes more RNA, several structural proteins that construct new virions, and two proteases.
Main Protease
The main protease of coronavirus makes most of these cuts. The one shown here (PDB entry 6lu7) is from the NCOVID19 coronavirus that is currently posing dangers in Wuhan. It is a dimer of two identical subunits that together form two active sites. A dimer () (di-, "two" + -mer, "parts") joined by bonds that can be either strong or weak, covalent or intermolecular. Coronavirus has a unique protein fold.

SARS Proteases
The NCOVID19 is a "sister" to SARS. The two proteases from SARS are shown here. The main protease (PDB entry 1q2w) is similar to the Wuhan one and cleaves at 11 sites in the polyproteins. It makes three specific cuts in the SARS polyproteins, and also clips several proteins in the infected cell, including removing ubiquitin from proteins. One of the consequences is that it interferes with the production of interferons in the innate immune system, short-circuiting some of our defenses against the virus. This is why many people's immune systems did not recognize it as a pathogen and so they did not get a fever because the immune system is not activated.

Let us take the global messaging that says COVID19 is not a bioweapon at face value, for a brief moment. Now that we considered this, think about Dr. Emoto's work with water.
Many of you are familiar with Dr. Emoto's work with Intent, Consciousness, and Water. Whether you are or not it is time for a 3-minute refresher! The premise is that good intentions structure water with highly exquisite detail and organized manner.
Evil or violent intent towards water erases detail and engineers holes, breaches, and sludge that can be exploited.
Imagine just the impact of intent, good or evil, upon biological systems much less evil engineering to disrupt life processes by those manipulating and designing a post-human world. That is the plan and it has been activated and operationalized.

Researchers are actively using these structures to search for compounds that block the action of the proteases, for use as antiviral drugs. The diversity of coronaviruses poses a great challenge with this effort: coronaviruses have been classified into four separate genera so drugs designed to fight one may not be effective against others.
This is because of the new Phylo Code classification and all of the experimentation of designing chimeric (hybrid) species. What you have not been told is that the classification of the NCOVID19, from the International Classification of Taxonomy Viruses is that it is:
"A new species, Betacoronavirus 1, is proposed to accommodate previously established Betacoronavirus species of humans, cattle, swine and horses (Human enteric coronavirus; Human coronavirus OC43; Bovine coronavirus; Porcine hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis virus; Equine coronavirus) and a newly recognized virus of dogs (canine respiratory coronavirus; Erles et al., 2007)".
This is why you will see it emerging from various animal populations, not by zoonoic chance or human-animal interface but by design and engineering.
Topics for Further Discussion- An unusual octameric form of the main protease may be involved in its maturation. You can see it in PDB entry 3iwm.
- You can compare the folds of coronavirus main proteases and serine proteases using the “Structure Align” tool. Try using trypsinogen (PDB entry 1tgs), so that the whole enzyme is one chain for the alignment.
Bottom Line: You will see this emerging in many different species, weaponized versions.
Food for Thought
Part of the algorithm is to shock and disrupt various systems so that new systems can be easily inserted.

The virus is projected begin to full as a force to be reckoned with, whether it is real or perceived, striking around Valentine's Day, a symbol of love and generosity that Americans believe is their emblem of truth to share around the world.
Historians believe Valentine's Day actually began in Ancient Rome as a pagan fertility festival called Lupercalia, with the celebration dedicated to Faunus, the Roman god of agriculture, and Roman founders Romulus and Remus. According to History.com, the day was celebrated with activities that included sacrificing animals and whipping women with animal skins until they bled, signifying their fertility.
It is ironic that one of the largest bioweapons facilities in the world, NBAF, is coming online in the heart of America. It will play a huge role in transforming the human body, plant life, and animal life into a genetically engineered life. This engineering process seeks to eradicate God's original design from His handiwork. Once accomplished these lifeforms become habitations for devils, demons, and horrid pestilences more than one can imagine because the barriers between God and His creations was removed. These new lifeforms are patented and controlled. Eventually they will erode the humanity of man until the ultimate demand will come forth (paraphrased), "Take the mark or die."
Your choice for Jesus can make you a new creation each moment during this dreadful process. He can give you eternal life. He will provide for your every need. He will fill your heart with a true love that only your Creator can bestow. Today is the day to make that choice or rededication. Take part in the ultimate historical love story.
