Yesterday, I received notice from DHS. This will be a National Level Exercise for federal certification. What that means is the following:
National Exercises are held every 3 years for certification.
There may well be a LIVE component.
You may see STAGING or MOULAGE CRISIS actors.
If you are a business or church you FEMA or Emergency Management Management may visit post-event to ask you why you did not comply to their suggestion to disconnect. They may also ask you what they could do to get you to comply the next time. I would not answers these questions as they are "fishing" to remove your barriers.
