The 'Beautification' of Ritual Child Slaughter



Hillary Clinton made a famous speech and wrote a book, It Takes a Village.  What she meant is that it takes a global village to raise a child.  Behind these pleasant words of community is a nefarious agenda that ends with the religious ritual slaughter of our children. 

Do you understand the World Economic Forum and UN Sustainable Goals do not include children?  They are our future, so why would they not include them? 

Goal is to eradicate old world children and introduce/replace in 2030 (possibly before) with New who are engineered, augmented, and enhanced, SynBio entities, that will become the super soldiers of 2050.  To accomplish this goal, the remnants of Old-World Humans must be eliminated.  That is why babies are aborted, and children will be seized.  Not for reeducation, but for sex trafficking and religious ritual slaughter.

Where humans today are born into a world with ubiquitous internet, hyper-connectivity, and the Internet of Things, each of these elements are generally external to the human...these technologies likely will have converged and will be embedded or integrated into the individual with connectivity literally on the tips of their fingers. 

 These New Humans will be accustomed to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to augment and supplement decision-making in their everyday lives. AI will be responsible for keeping them on schedule, suggesting options for what and when to eat, delivering relevant news and information, and serving as an on-demand embedded expert.  

Based on these trends, there likely will be in the future an even greater technological wedge between New Humans and Old Humans. 

New Humans will be information assimilators, where Old Humans were information gatherers. 

New Humans will carry targeted, predictive, and continuous learning assistants with them. These assistants will observe, listen, and process everything of relevance to the learner and then deliver them information as necessary.

This era will be the darkest terms of societal corruption:

  • The government will turn into heresy; and there will be no reproach. 
  • The meeting place biblical scholars will become a bordello;  
  • The Galilee (lands) will be destroyed;  
  • The highland (lands) will lie desolate;  
  • The border people will wander from city to city and none will show them compassion;  
  • The wisdom of authors will stink;  
  • Sin‑fearing people will be detested;  
  • Truth will be missing;  
  • Young men will humiliate the elderly;  
  • The elderly will stand while the young sit;  
  • Sons will revile their fathers; daughters will strike their mothers, brides will strike their mothers‑in‑law; and a man’s enemies will take over his house.  
  • The face of the generation is like the face of a dog!  
  • Sons have no shame in front of their fathers;
On whom can one depend? Only upon our father in heaven and His Son, Jesus Christ.

Andrew Cuomo’s signing the bill into law.  VA:  The Repeal Act, to allow for an abortion to occur in the third trimester for any reason.  Virginia governor, in defending late term abortion, advocated for infanticide. 

Managing the Planetary Plantation:  The UN Terrestrial Animal Health Code 

The globalists believe that they are divine and the planetary managers.  They are the "anointed" few.  As the beast arises animals are on the forefront of the globalist minds.  What are the rest of us humans, in their eyes?  The Terrestrial Animal Health Code illuminates their view of us:

Animal, means a mammal (that includes humans friends), reptile, bird or bee. 

Animal for breeding or rearing means a domesticated or confined animal which is not intended for slaughter within a short time. 

Animal for slaughter means an animal intended for slaughter within a short time, under the control of the relevant Veterinary Authority.(UN) 

Animal handler means a person (entity) with a knowledge of the behavior and needs of animals who, with appropriate experience and a professional and positive response to an animal’s needs, can achieve effective management and good welfare. Competence should be gained through formal training or practical experience. 

Animal health management means a system designed to optimize the physical and behavioral health and welfare of animals. It includes the prevention, treatment and control of diseases and conditions affecting the individual animal and herd or flock, including the recording of illness, injuries, mortalities and medical treatments where appropriate. 

Animal health status means the status of a country, zone or compartment with respect to an animal disease in accordance with the criteria listed in the relevant disease-specific chapter or Chapter 1.4. of the Terrestrial Code. 

Animal identification means the combination of the identification and registration of an animal individually, with a unique identifier, or collectively by its epidemiological unit or group, with a unique group identifier. 

Animal identification system means the inclusion and linking of components such as identification of establishments or owners, the persons responsible for the animals, movements and other records with animal identification. 

Animal traceability means the ability to follow an animal or group of animals during all stages of its life, cradle-cradle. 

Animal welfare means the physical and mental state of an animal in relation to the conditions in which it lives and dies.

International Convention on the Rights of the Child 

The Declaration of the Rights of the Child, sometimes known as the Geneva Declaration of the Rights of the Child, is an international document promoting child rights, and adopted by the League of Nations in 1924 and adopted in an extended form by the United Nations in 1959. 

The texted of the documentary, as published by the International Save the Children Union in Geneva on 23 February 1923, is as follows (all of these are in accordance with global standards):  

  1. The child must be given the means requisite for its normal development, both materially and spiritually. 
  1. The child that is hungry must be fed, the child that is sick must be nursed, the child that is backward must be helped, the delinquent child must be reclaimed, and the orphan and the waif must be sheltered and succored. 
  1. The child must be the first to receive relief in times of distress. 
  1. The child must be put in a position to earn a livelihood and must be protected against every form of exploitation. 
  1. The child must be brought up in the consciousness that its talents must be devoted to the service of its fellow men. 

The UN General Assembly adopted the Convention and opened it for signature on 20 November 1989 (the 30th anniversary of its Declaration of the Rights of the Child).  It came into force on 2 September 1990, after it was ratified by the required number of nations. Currently, 196 countries are party to it, including every member of the United Nations.

Misguided and Manipulated Children 

Once these children are in the hands of the global puppeteers, they are brainwashing into believing they are achieving lofty global goods and social justice never seen upon the face of the earth.  Once the global masters have achieved their control these children will be killed.  Notice the above colorful rainbow, the promise of God never to flood the earth, used to promote values that are anti-God and His system.  These children are throwing off the bonds of God to embrace the lies of Satan and the depravity of evil men and women.  The next Divine judgement will be executed with fire and those who lead these children astray, well, it would be better for a millstone to be hung around their necks and they were downed in the sea of the abyss or hell.

The Rise of Children to Power 

According to biblical prophecy we see children rising to power and putting their elders to shame for the supposed injustices they suffer.  Enter Greta Thunberg and her cohorts.  On September 23, 2019 they filed a legal complaint with to the global justice system: 

16 children, including Greta Thunberg, file landmark complaint to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child, Child petitioners protest lack of government action on climate crisis.  

Power of the Children Pawns in Global Governance Takeover 

Who inserted in the minds of these misguided children that they had certain rights to set international policy.  Here is their complaint regarding the Climate Crisis.  Unbeknownst to most people children have been elevated to policy setting status even in the US and military.  Take for instance Gen Z and the current military Operating Environment under the PIPS Program where children weld their political and military power:

The International UN Tribunal for Human Rights 

Precisely who did these children file their claims against their Human Rights?  Here is an article and link to their complaint: 

NEW YORK, 23 September – Sixteen child petitioners – including Greta Thunberg and Alexandria Villaseñor – from 12 countries around the world today presented a landmark official complaint to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child to protest lack of government action on the climate crisis. 

The child petitioners – aged between 8 to 17 – allege that Member States’ failure to tackle the climate crisis constitutes a violation of child rights. They urge the independent body to order Member States to take action to protect children from the devastating impacts of climate change. 

“Change needs to happen now if we are to avoid the worst consequences. The climate crisis is not just the weather. It means also, lack of food and lack of water, places that are unliveable and refugees because of it. It is scary,” said Greta Thunberg. 

The complaint was filed through the Third Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, a voluntary mechanism which allows children or adults on their behalf to appeal directly to the United Nations for help if a country that has ratified the Protocol fails to provide a remedy for a rights violation. 

Announced at a press conference hosted at UNICEF Headquarters in New York, the complaint aims to inspire the urgent action needed to curb global heating and mitigate the impact of the climate crisis. 

“Thirty years ago, world leaders made a historic commitment to the world’s children by adopting the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Today, the world’s children are holding the world accountable to that commitment,” said UNICEF Deputy Executive Director Charlotte Petri Gornitzka. “We fully support children exercising their rights and taking a stand. Climate change will impact every single one of them. It’s no wonder they are uniting to fight back.” 

In addition to Greta Thunberg, the 16-year-old Swedish climate activist, and Alexandria Villaseñor, the 14-year-old American climate activist, the 14 other child petitioners are from Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, India, Marshall Islands, Nigeria, Palau, South Africa, Sweden, Tunisia and the United States. They are represented by global law firm Hausfeld LLP and Earthjustice. 

UNICEF supports the child petitioners exercising their right to bring complaints via the communication procedure of the Third Optional Protocol. However, UNICEF is not a party to the complaint. UNICEF is neutral and plays no part in the adjudication process by the Committee on the Rights of the Child.

What are the “rights of children under the Convention on the Rights? 

 

I remember as a youth collecting coins for UNICEF thinking I was helping children around the world have a good life.  I was very wrong.  There are 42 children rights according to this convention.  I find it interesting that there are 42 encampments between the bondage of Egypt and the Promised Land of Freedom.  In this case we see children forsaking their biblical inheritance of being created in the Divine Image, with their rights etched in stone of the bible, hewn from the Throne of God replacing this with bondage and slavery to a bestial and wicked system that will destroy them.  Whether you have children or not, you need to know what power these children have been given.  Link to Rights of Child.  As a parent your rights have been usurped and international governors are in possession of your children, unless you fight the Goliath of our time to retain your children.  Government has been educating your children for decades what their rights are, and it is an evil road:

24. Health, water, food, environment-Children have the right to the best health care possible, clean water to drink, healthy food and a clean and safe environment to live in.

27. Free food, clothing, a safe home 

28. Access to education-Discipline in schools should respect children’s rights and never use violence (discipline) 

29. Aims of education- teach them to understand their own rights, and to respect other people’s rights, cultures and differences. It should help them to live peacefully and protect the environment.

The Federal Government:  Make a Plan

Under the guise or scheme of disaster the federal government has made a plan to seize your and the obfuscate the dark and shadowy intent to grab the children.  The wording sounds flowery and good but underneath there is a pool of wickedness. 

  • You either have been, or soon will be encouraged to Make a Plan 
  • You will be encouraged to write this plan down.   
  • You will also be told to share this plan with a trusted family member or friend.   
  • The next step will be to voluntarily submit your plan to local, state, federal officials in case of disaster. 
  • The last step will be that it will be required that file your plan with all levels of government to prevent a patchwork approach to preparedness, response, recovery, mitigation for the common good of all peoples. 

Very soon under the global animal management scheme you will be required: 

  • All private property becomes an asset of federal and global government with a unique identifier. 
  • All biological life must be electronically identified. 
  • 24/7 surveillance which demands an implantable sensor 

What else might this Make a Plan require?  These have all been beta-tested on animal owners: 

  • For you to file your travel itinerary with the public-private partnership, already in the works if you use the banking system. 
  • File an asset/liability form with local, state, federal government as if you were applying for a house or car loan, in case you incur damages to the planet, society, global good, and so forth. 
  • Your Living Will and Health Records to determine your threat to society and how to dispose of your assets when you are gone.   
  • Unfettered access to all your communications and transactions. 
  • Locations of your tangible assets.

    Make a plan today. Your family may not be together if a disaster strikes, so it is important to know which types of disasters could affect your area. Know how you’ll contact one another and reconnect if separated. Establish a family meeting place that’s familiar and easy to find. 

    Step 1: Put a plan together by discussing the questions below with your family, friends or household to start your emergency plan. 

    1. How will I receive emergency alerts and warnings? 
    1. What is my shelter plan? 
    1. What is my evacuation route? 
    1. What is my family/household communication plan? 
    1. Do I need to update my emergency preparedness kit? 
    1. Check with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and update my emergency plans due to Coronavirus.  
    • Get cloth face coverings (for everyone over 2 years old), disinfectants, and check my sheltering plan. 

    Step 2:  Consider specific needs in your household. 

    As you prepare your plan tailor your plans and supplies to your specific daily living needs and responsibilities. Discuss your needs and responsibilities and how people in the network can assist each other with communication, care of children, business, pets or specific needs like operating medical equipment. Create your own personal network for specific areas where you need assistance. Keep in mind some these factors when developing your plan: 

    • Different ages of members within your household 
    • Responsibilities for assisting others 
    • Locations frequented 
    • Dietary needs 
    • Medical needs including prescriptions and equipment 
    • Disabilities or access and functional needs including devices and equipment 
    • Languages spoken 
    • Cultural and religious considerations 
    • Pets or service animals 
    • Households with school-aged children

    How Comprehensive is Make a Plan? 

    The proverbial chickens have come home to roost.  As Hurricane Katrina was just a twinkle in Mother Nature’s eye the government had big plans for her. I was told there would be no response for the peoples impacted by the brunt of the ravaging storms but that there were objectives that would be achieved.   One of these plans was to set into motion the foundation to seize children under the cover of disaster.  After Kat left devastation a bill was introduced to reunite displaced children with their families.  

    In October 2006, the President signed into law the Post-Katrina Emergency Management Reform Act of 2006 (PKEMRA), modifying the organizational structure, authorities, and responsibilities of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). PKEMRA and the Stafford Act mandated that the National Emergency Child Locator Center (NECLC) be established within the NCMEC and that procedures be put in place to facilitate the identification and reunification of displaced children with their families.  This morphed into the Kids in Disaster Well-being, Safety, and Health Act of 2007, the National Commission on Children and Disasters (Commission) was established in December 2007 by the President and Congress.  Sounds good right? Well, that language is governmental insider language known as the Emergency Clause.  It is well used and well abused, as they say.  What does it do?  It suspends the Constitution at the state and federal level where it pertain to the health, safety and well-being of children!!!!

    It was determined, as a result of PKEMRA, that children could be retained (seized) by trusted sources, such as schools, if the environment is unsafe.   Originally, it was presented as a nuclear event but that has since changed to include any declared environmental threat such as Climate Change and Coronavirus.   

    Plans are in place, that if you show up to get your children, they will refuse to give them to you because of the unsafe environment.  If, somehow you were able to creatively free your children, you would be charged with child endangerment and or violence against the child and face fines,  imprisonment, and possibly even execution at the state, federal, and international level tribunals.

    How Far Will the Flow Go? 

    The stage has been set, the actors in place, and the performance has begun.  In government and military, we use flow charts and organizational charts, many I share with you.  So how does this all play out?   

    The Emergency Declaration has been issued. 

    Your children have already been brainwashed and manipulated into following the sweet melody of global governance, much like following the Pied Piper, even if they were brought up in a faith-based home. 

    Once your family and /or children have been disrupted from you and their biblical or nuclear value system, they will be placed in a “reeducation camp.” 

    We live in a Post-Human world as the globalists and technological visionaries tell us, and consequently, the children will be told they need to sacrifice their life for the greater good and for the sins of humanity against the planet.  Most children will buy-into this ideology without question.  This is not greater than the Mayan or Aztec peoples who sacrificed children to appease the gods or the torture and murder of children during all Holocausts and genocides.

    Your children, our children, might even be given an incentive, or maybe it was already bestowed upon them with the elevation and power they received upon the international stage.  The Beautification of Child Slaughter. 

    They will then be led, as lemmings, to their religious ritual religious slaughter to the GAIA-pantheistic gods.  The elite and evil ones will cheer with glee believing that they will have destroyed the last vestiges of the Old World and are ready to cut and paste in the New Humans detached from God and His creation. 

    These evil ones will meet their judgement.  With that I am most assured.
