America has tuned to the Pantheon to of gods to "save us."  I first became saw concrete evidence when the scientific journals began to say that the vaccine would be released in November 2nd, 2020 to take advantage of a rare planetary and stellar alignment that would potentiate the effect of the vaccine. 

 

The logo they used was a UFO with a tractor beam with a human being taken up.  This imagery can also be found in the murals of the Bank of America Building.

In the Bible, in the Book of Esther, Haman speaks to his astologer's to determine the propitious time for the annihilation of the Jewish people.  His attempt was unsuccessful, nevertheless he tried.  His vision has now expanded to the whole human race and all biological life.  This was determined back in 1975 at the first Asilomar conference.

The Biodefense series is a progressively more aggressive document series that accomplishes several things:

• Establishing Directed and Experimental Evolution as the norm turning humans, animals, and plants into chimeric unnatural monsters, hybrids, and synthetic creatures.

Apollo is one of the Olympian deities in classical Greek and Roman religion and Greek and Roman mythology. The national divinity of the Greeks, Apollo has been recognized as a god:

As the patron deity of Delphi (Apollo Pythios), Apollo is an oracular god—the prophetic deity of the Delphic Oracle.

Medicine and healing are associated with Apollo, whether through the god himself or mediated through his son Asclepius.

Apollo delivered people from epidemics, yet he is also a god who could bring ill-health and deadly plague with his arrows.

He is associated with being the protector of young.

Apollo is concerned with the health and education of children. He presided over their passage into adulthood. Long hair, which was the prerogative of boys, was cut at the coming of age and dedicated to Apollo.

As the god of mousike Apollo presides over all music, songs, dance and poetry. He is the inventor of string-music, and the frequent companion of the Muses, functioning as their chorus leader in celebrations. The lyre is a common attribute of Apollo.

Now that we have a cursory understanding of Apollo we can examine what the second in a trilogy of documents brings to American biotechnology.

The Apollo Program for Biodefense would provide the United States the opportunity to mobilize the nation and lead the world to meet biotechnological challenges:

A world where we detect and continually trace any new pathogen from the source;

Where we can distribute rapid point-of-person tests to every household in the country within days of that detection;

Where effective treatments are already in-hand [what is the definition of effective?];

Where vaccine development and rollout occur in weeks rather than years;

Where pandemics will never again threaten the lives and livelihoods of Americans and people around the world. This will be at the great cost of vaccinating all life forms, as we shall see, for every "pathogen" (natural or man-made), disease, and politically incorrect (non-agenda) items such as vaccinations against Tylenol.

The Apollo Program for Biodefense is an ambitious goal-directed program to develop and deploy the technologies needed to

• Defend against all biological threats,
• Empower public health, and
• Prevent pandemics, no matter what the source.

This sounds like a Biological September 11 with all the political and infrastructure fallout from unbridled Public-Private Partnerships redistributing wealth and power.

The vision becomes clearer in the Apollo Bipartisan document, but goes explosive in the last of the trilogy, Athena Biodefense Agenda.  Notice that the language changes from a Program with Apollo to an Agenda in Athena.

In April 2022, the Commission issued The Athena Agenda: Advancing The Apollo Program for Biodefense, contains specific recommendations to Congress and the Administration about how to implement this grand vision within a decade. Named after the Greek goddess of wisdom, reason, and strategy, Athena symbolizes and represents the insight, strategy, and technological craft needed to achieve the Apollo Program for Biodefense.

Athena is an ancient Greek goddess associated with wisdom, handicraft, and warfare.

Her major symbols include:

In art, she is generally depicted wearing a helmet and holding a spear.

She is a warrior goddess believed to lead soldiers into battle in the manner of the biblical Jezebel.

The poet Homer asserts the Athena "mind" and "intelligence." By many she is called by her "higher title," as "divine intelligence" This is she who to some is the mind of God. The authors of Athena would like you to believe that she is a moral intelligence.

The second-century AD orator Aelius Aristides attempted to derive natural symbols from the etymological roots of Athena's names to be aether (ether), air, earth, and the moon.

INTEGRATION OF UN SDG’S: Advances in DNA sequencing, gene-editing, and synthetic biology (among others) hold the promise of profound advances in healthcare, crop and environmental
sustainability, and economic growth.

UNBRIDLED DIRECTED AND EXPERIMENTAL EVOLUTION dual-use technologies that could yield accidental, unintended, and deliberate misuse by creating deadly pathogens or disrupting ecological balances.

MARXISM:  The Apollo Program for Biodefense and identifies the US government organizations responsible for leadership and accountability, though certain actions may require or benefit from public-private partnerships.

According to the Athena engineers lab experiments will escape, which is true, but their fix is to modify humans into hybrid and synthetic beings ineligible for salvation, the second Genesis 6, tainting of the human bloodline.

The next biological event could be natural, human-generated, or accidental. As the scale and complexity of research studies on pathogens expands, the risk of potential laboratory accidents must be accorded appropriate assessment.

As  countries invest in building more laboratories, we can expect laboratory accidents to increase. At least 20 of the 59 Biosafety Level
Four (BSL-4) laboratories worldwide were built in the past decade and most are located in densely populated areas.

Human error, limited understanding of how novel disease characteristics defy previously effective safety and security measures, and continued confusion about which biosafety level requirements apply to diseases that do not fit neatly into specific categories all challenge current laboratory biosafety and biosecurity programs.  It is also easier now than ever to obtain and modify pathogens, increasing the chances of pandemics due to laboratory accidents.

Synthetic biology, genetic engineering, and the transdisciplinary convergence of biology with other fields (e.g., chemistry, engineering, computing, artificial intelligence (AI)) are advancing quickly. Concerns about security and health come up against the pursuit of science for the benefit of humanity. Policy and defense doctrine are not keeping pace.
