UN Slashing Access to Food

While the earth's food production and supply is plummeting due to space weather and earth changes the United Nations is unleashing strategy that it released on to control food production and your access to food as you have known it. It dovetails with the release last Monday of the State of Global Food Security and Nutrition 2019 that was released a week ago today.  If you are my Patron you received a special video briefing Famine briefing on this subject.  The UN is expanding its empire at a time known for its erasure of past civilizations and empires topple, the Grand Solar Minimum and collapse of the magnetosphere, with their accompanying losses in food production. This new framework explores a 22-item menu for a sustainable food future, which is divided into five courses.  It may use words and imagery that evoke abundant food but the reality is far from it. 

A Famine Like No Other in History

They are going to break food down a calorie level, but not a calories as you and I know.  It will be:
Dietary energy supply (DES) Food available for human consumption, expressed in kilocalories per person per day (kcal/person/day). That is one thousandth of a current calorie minus the below:
At the country level, it is calculated as the food remaining for human use after deduction of all non-food utilization's:
  • production costs
  • imports
  • stock withdrawals
  • exports
  • industrial use
  • animal feed
  • seed
  • wastage includes loss of usable products occurring along distribution chains from farm gate (or port of import) up to retail level.
I did an article several years ago where the UN floated that a person would get 30 grams of food which included all your protein, carbs, sugars once every three weeks. It was the equivalent of 3/4 of an energy bar once every three weeks. The rest of your food energy would be veg and insects, but since there will be no production of veg due to climate chaos, that leaves insects and lab food or synthetic biology for all ones food.
This is the state of our food situation.

Global food product is on its way to between 20% to zero of what is available today.  The UN wants to scale back your food consumption during this time, they say by 40%, but these words reveal the truth that their goal to trim your food consumption by 1000 % of the 20% of food that will be produced.  These are the damning words:

“Kcal” = kilocalorie, also referred to as simply “calorie.”

Gap Plan

Sustainability is not a biblical concept. You and I are not sustainable either biblically or to the UN.  Sustainability is a depopulation and control tool or mechanism. 

The UN is honing in to close three gaps:

  • Food,
  • Land ownership,
  • Their pet-global warming.

They also stress that it is critical to their plan to further reduce fertility levels. They are using a new AI model called GlobAgri-WRR which they call

  • Coordinated Effort,”
  • Highly Ambitious,”
  • Breakthrough Technologies

That will narrow and ultimately fully close their three gaps, for total food control and sterilization of the population

Linking All Things

The ambitious framework stresses that their success will require acting quickly and in an integrated way.

"Food production and ecosystem protection must be linked at every level—policy, finance, and farm practice—to avoid destructive competition for precious land and water."

The Coming UN Enforcement

I have extracted the nuggets o this framework discussing the coming enforcement actions. 

Experience has shown that, given political will and sufficient enforcement, governments can protect forests and other natural landscapes. In many countries, governments own the majority of natural lands. They [government] can control how and where private parties may claim ownership or rights to develop public lands though, in some cases, a difficult balance must be struck between enforcement of land-use restrictions and the needs of impoverished smallholders. Where farmers have clear title to their land, governments can combine enforcement with support for agricultural improvement on existing farmland to build social support [food production will be a tool of social justice not providing food as you know it). Modern monitoring techniques [ubiquitous sensors] can now provide a powerful foundation for accountability and enforceability ..protection laws. 

No Nature Food Production

Rarely do I consume commercial food products.  I did (notice the past tense), on occasion, enjoy a Pellegrino soda.  Recently they changed the soda to an essence with no calories and a lame chemical flavor.  I get more from making my own soda or using carbonated water flavored with consumable essential oils, but I digress.

"We have to increase food production without expanding land and without adding more fertilizer and using more water," Searchinger said. "It's a big challenge, and it's a global challenge. "

No Nature Food Production

 The UN is going to utilize a Brazilian model implemented through its member governments to legally linking credit and other agricultural improvement assistance to protection of native habitats.  (Translated:  Agenda 21). 

Supply chain commitments where buyers and traders of agricultural commodities will be required to set purchasing contracts conditioned on the commodity not being linked to natural ecosystem conversion.

It also includes land-use planning, where international agencies (UN) will help national governments develop detailed spatial tools that guide agricultural zoning and road-building away from natural ecosystems.  (Translated:  Agenda 21). 

Suite of Changes Arrayed: Where's the Beef and Food?

According to the UN half of the world’s population consumes 50 percent more protein than needed; furthermore, the UN believes that plant proteins can readily meet protein requirements in balanced diets that contain enough calories.

Statistics can be readily skewed to reflect any position wants to portray, not necessarily be accurate or truthful.  You are going to begin to hear that processed and red meat is carcinogenic, or causes cancer.  Unadulterated meats are not carcinogenic but the chemicals and techniques used to give them a long shelf life are carcinogenic.   

The UN is advocating production from high-yielding plants (translated GMO) which is why America has changed most agricultural production to GMO crops. Another solution is to urge people shift your diet from meat consumption to plant-based proteins. Their target is to reduce your meat consumption by at least 40% over the next few years' right when you need this protein to weather the coming onslaught of earth changes and cosmic storms. Unfortunately, with plant production failing at an alarming rate, there will not be enough plants to feed the population unless it comes from synthetic biology. (translated: laboratory)

"We can't achieve a solution without big beef eaters eating less beef," Searchinger said, referring to the disproportionately high beef consumption rates in some developed countries, notably the United States. "We need the average American to eat 50 percent less beef." The truth is that vegan diets are deficient in some nutrients needed for health and to combat stressors.  More alarming, is that they want to reduce your caloric intake altogether.

The UN businesses to increase investment in development of meat substitutes (e.g., plant-based meats) and blended meat-plant products until they satisfy consumers who still want to enjoy the taste and experience of eating meat at less cost.

 In their own words: 

Businesses, government, and civil society need to move beyond relying solely on information and education campaigns to shift diets. Rather, they should improve marketing of plant-based foods and plant-rich dishes. A suite of more sophisticated behavior-change strategies, including minimizing disruption to consumers, selling a compelling benefit, maximizing awareness, and evolving social norms, has proven successful in shifting consumption patterns in other food and nonfood products.

The UN will use member governments to support diet shifts through their own food procurement practices and policies that shape the consumption environment (e.g., marketing, display).

ONCE THE QUALITY AND PRICE OF NONMEAT ALTERNATIVES RIVAL THAT OF MEAT, RETAIL-LEVEL TAXES ON MEATS OR OTHER ANIMAL-BASED FOODS MIGHT BECOME POLITICALLY ACCEPTABLE.

 Better Farming to Reduce Emissions

After the big hoopla to establish a biofuel market, this framework now eliminates biofuels to avoid food losses. They consider biofuel a waste and yet it was incorporated into the marketplace.

 Thwarting Agricultural Production

 Enshrined in global climate agreements is the lofty goal to ensure that food production is increased through yield intensification and not expansion into productive areas around the globe as the climate chaos shifts the worlds weather making some areas productive and habitable while others unproductive and uninhabitable. Furthermore, they require governments to explicitly link efforts to crop intensification (GMO) with legal protection for natural areas making a conversion to agriculture to wall off wild lands.

And how will they accomplish this?

 You saw it this past spring- the devils in disguise are driving the clouds of the air (that force multiplier) in an effort called rewetting the cropland or you might say floods of biblically epoch proportion. 

Embedded within this document I discovered that the flooding of Arkansas (and other areas around the globe) was engineered to destroy traditional rice crops and replace those areas with new breeds of GMO, environmental-friendly-yet human and animal hostile, varieties of rice. 

Spurring Innovation

A revolution in molecular biology opens up new opportunities requires progress with flexible regulations that allow and encourage private industry to develop and market new technologies.

 One Menu item they are dishing up for the consumer is to boost historical crop yield through a techno-breeding program.  Techno-breeding is touted to both increase the potential yield of crops under ideal conditions (what about the coming unfavorable conditions) and help farmers come closer to those potential yields by better coping with environmental constraints (UN mandatory restraints).

New grain varieties are released typically every 13 to 23 years. The UN acknowledges:

That there has been much debate focused on genetically modified organisms (GMOs), which involve insertion of genes from one plant into another.

The debate has centered overwhelmingly on two types of traits that assist pest control through glyphosate resistance and expression of Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis), a biological pesticide.

Some bona fide debate is appropriate about whether the ease of use and relatively lower toxicity provided by these traits in the short term, and their potential value to small farmers without access to pesticides, justifies the longer-term risks of building resistance in weeds, worms, and insects—potentially leading to more pesticide use in the future.

(The UN claims) There is no evidence that GMOs have directly harmed human health.

Gene editing has far greater potential. Sometimes new genes can provide the only viable mechanisms for crops to survive new diseases. New genes may also play a major role in combating environmental challenges by making crops more efficient at absorbing nitrogen or suppressing methane or nitrous oxide emissions. The CRISPR-Cas938 revolution since 2013 dramatically increases opportunities to improve breeding through genetic manipulation. CRISPR enables researchers to alter genetic codes cheaply and quickly in precise locations, insert new genes, move existing genes around, and control expression of existing genes. CRISPR follows a related genomics revolution, which makes it cheap to map the entire genetic code of plants, test whether new plants have the desired DNA without fully growing them, and purify crop strains more rapidly. The vast opportunities created by new technologies warrant large and stable increases in crop-breeding budgets. (This was the goal all along.)

 Overall, the UN goal is to:

  • Reduce growth in demand for food and other agricultural products
  • Increase food production without expanding agricultural land
  • Protect and restore natural ecosystems and limit agricultural land-shifting
  • Increase GMO fish supply
  • Reduce GHG emissions from agricultural production

Its goal must reduce global poverty and hunger-but not yours-as it redistributes your food.  The new menu must neither inflate food prices significantly nor deny agricultural opportunities for small and poor farmers around the world.

 A Word about Aquaculture

The UN wants to increase the fish supply.  The UN has a comprehensive policy framework to control this industry whether it is private or commercial.  The UN plan will improve wild fisheries management, translated- reducing wild catch supposedly to reduce over fishing.  It also wants to improve productivity and environmental performance of GMO aquaculture and make aquaculture production changes through breeding, feeds, disease control, and changes in production systems-all synthetic systems

Subtle Nudges

All the while you are going to be lambasted with subtle “nudges” to change your consuming behavior, such as eliminating the use of trays in cafeterias or streamlining product date labels.

Reducing Fertility

Fertility is a blessing from God.  Another key Menu Item is to achieve lower fertility rates to cut the demand for food. 

In the UN's own words: 

Given the choice, people worldwide have voluntarily chosen to greatly reduce their fertility rates—even in extremely poor countries and across religions and cultures—wherever countries have achieved three forms of social progress. (they did this by social engineering not free-choice)

The longer girls stay in school, the later they typically start bearing children and the fewer children they bear.

Increasing access to reproductive health services, including family planning, to ensure couples can have the family sizes they desire and reduce maternal mortality.

Reduce infant and child mortality, so parents do not need to have many children to ensure survival of the desired number.

The short and simple statement by the UN:

educing fertility also tends to produce strong economic dividends.

Liberation of the Agricultural Lands

The last Menu item that we will cover from this 22- course meal is that of liberating agricultural lands back to their wild ecosystem state as the depopulation agenda moves forward. 

History shows that regeneration typically occurs naturally, though governments have assisted the process by subsidizing tree planting. But planting often creates single-species forest plantations with little biodiversity. The potential for reforestation is sometimes overestimated. The UN envisions larger-scale reforestation to mitigate climate change as agricultural land is “liberated” through highly successful efforts to slow growth in food demand and intensify production on existing land.  They urge governments to commit more efforts to natural reforestation of marginal or abandoned agricultural land and should give greater emphasis to establishing diverse natural forests. These efforts will require new funding and they would be a good use of international climate funds.  Governments will be providing lines of concessional credit for replanting trees within traditional agricultural loans.

 The dirty secret is that with 5G coming on board which requires line of sight trees are being cut down en masse, even ancient trees and old growth forests.  Trees and damp trees leaves due to higher precipitation kill the 5G surveillance connection so they must go.  What can be planted is the no God, synthetic trees that are actually a part of the new Anti Christ system. 

Lastly, you are going to begin noticing retail food taxes on high-emissions foods to internalize climate costs and offset with subsidies for low-emissions foods.

Many of you have waited for the shoe to drop.  Well, the shoe has dropped.  What is your plan?  Preparation begins first within the House of God -in your heart with spiritual preparation that includes salvation  through Jesus, repentance, and a clean house and heart.  The attend to physical preparations as directed by the Holy Spirit.
