This week I fell down the rabbit hole, once again. I was casually going through my journals for the week and the cover of my Applied Nano Materials caught my eye and I held it secure in my memory.

The laser stimulates atoms or molecules to emit light at particular wavelengths and amplifies that light, typically producing a very narrow beam of radiation. The emission generally covers an extremely limited range of visible, infrared, or ultraviolet wavelengths.
Laser-induced graphene (LIG) is a three-dimensional porous material directly scribed from polymer materials by a Carbon Dioxide Laser. It is considered a superstructure that is both a biological and chemical sensor.

Tuning of intensity, pulse duration, and frequency can also influence LIG morphology and properties. By applying ultrashort laser pulses, such as femtosecond lasers, it is possible to focus the LIG conversion inside the precursor and create layers of LIG by simply changing the focus point for stacked supercapacitors. This novel processing strategy could open new opportunities even for chemical sensing.
The image shows LIG fibers growing from a polyimide precursor (synthetic polymer, that are resistant to high temperatures, wear, and corrosion, used primarily as a coating or film.) with a laser beam in the background. Water droplets coagulate on the hydrophobic fibers (these do not like water and will even repel it), from the surrounding fog, as in the fog basking application. The term fog basking comes from a desert beetle who harvests moisture from the atmosphere for its water consumption. Using biomimicry scientists are experimenting with this process to solve the presumed "water crisis". Fog basking can also form fog as the "screen" for the Anti-Christ's false signs and wonders.
Different Roles of Surface Chemistry and Roughness of Laser-Induced Graphene: Implications for Tunable Wettability
The surface moisture of something plays an important factor within nano technology. This factor is known as wettability.
The above graphic shows a simple and scalable approach by using laser-induced graphene (LIG) and a locally inert atmosphere (synthetic) to continuously tune their nanoparticulates. You might bring to your recollection the UN word "harmonize" as applied to this process or synthesis-changing the structure and function of various polymer surfaces from hydrophilic (likes water) to superhydrophobic (hates water).
To be honest, at this point I do not fully understand all the mechanisms but it is becoming clear that one goal of changing our atmosphere is to make it more conductive for the war against God who is the true Master of calling down fire from heaven. Thus far, I see this process includes:
Nitrogen Purging
Nitrogen Purgin in the words of artificial intelligence is an air-cleaning method commonly used in the oil and gas industry.
The process involves displacing an undesirable or hazardous atmosphere (according to UN specifications) with relatively inert nitrogen gas (which is permeable and consequently can be manipulated for a plethora of evil schemes) to create a more stable, noncombustible climate. Let's be rational here. Nitrogen combusts at 2786 degrees Fahrenheit.
At that temperature no life is possible so what is the true motivation? Mankind, in their hubris, are proceeding to make war against Almighty God. Part of this Satanic operation is calling down fire from heaven. Many of us view the following verse as ordinary lightening:
Then the angel took the censer and filled it with the fire of the altar, and threw it to the earth; and there followed peals of thunder and sounds and flashes of lightning and an earthquake. Revelation 8:5
Contemplate the fact that this may include techno-lightening such as Direct Energy Weapons. The bottom line of nitrogen purging is that the powers-that-be are forging our atmosphere into something different than it has ever been. For what purpose? So they can use their sophisticated high-intensity weaponry without catching the atmosphere on fire. They want to use this weaponry for precise targets only, such as mankind.
Nitrogen is used to effectively displace oxygen and other pro-oxidative gasses from industrial processes without reacting chemically with the substrates. This is desirable to the technocrats because most of their nanoparticles are constructed in a substrate composition. Nitrogen purging involves flowing an inert, dry gas (nitrogen) through an enclosure or system- our atmosphere, to remove oxygen and moisture.
Oxygen Reducing
In the words of artificial intelligence:
Oxidation and reduction can be defined in terms of the adding or removing oxygen to a compound. Oxidation is the gain of oxygen, while reduction is the loss of oxygen. A redox reaction occurs when both reduction and oxidation are occurring simultaneously. Oxidizing agents give oxygen to another substance, while reducing agents remove oxygen from another substance.
Why is oxygen reduction necessary in the eyes of the technocracy? Because that environment is necessary for chemical doping or decoration of the graphene surfaces with metal clusters much like one would decorate a Christmas tree with shiny balls.
Both oxidation and oxygen reduction are bad for the health of mankind, reducing longevity.
Another damper to high energy laser weapons is moisture in the air. Therefore, the United Nation put out decades ago that we are to take nothing from nature without a middleman such as a lab, or in the case of water, extracting it from the air, to "solve the global water crisis" that they in fact, created. These three go along with the atmospheric manipulation that is taking place over our heads. The goal is to suck out our atmosphere and put in holding tanks under the earth. LINK
The superhydrophobic (hates water) properties of the samples were maintained for over a year and showed no degradation after multiple uses. This process allows for the continuous tuning and patterning of the surface properties (changes the geography of the atoms, molecules and possibly the surface terrain of nanoparticulates made of synthetic polymers useful for “lab-on-chip” applications. Lab-on-a-chip is a miniaturized device that integrates and automates multiple laboratory techniques into a system which takes biological and biochemical samples.
Unfortunately, there is more to this wicked scheme and we will continue to deeper into this lawless agenda.
