I am compelled to exalt glory and a prayer to my God:

Blessed are You, I God of the Universe, Who provides insight, discernment, and Gifts to Your people.

In the 1990's when the internet first came into being a document on biodiversity appeared on the United Nations website.  I thrive in a document-rich environment where few people travel, but in my Spirit, the Lord emphasized that that this information would be critical in the days ahead.  So important, I made a hard copy knowing the games of the adversary.   I ran across it not to long ago, but can I find it now, no.  It talked about the dispersal of genetically modified organisms around the globe in the name of diversity of species. 

Some documentary information and programs I watch for decades popping in every once in awhile to scan for changes.  One such endeavor is the Rockefeller Barcode for Life Program.   For some now they have been quietly barcoding the DNA of all life on earth beginning with species that nobody is paying attention too.  With the advent of Precision Medicine that program has now expanded to humankind with over 1 million voluntarily submitting their DNA for the common good, not understanding it will be experimented with, and certain familiar genetic markers revealed to those who could design treatments or weapons. 

For some decades now, government- no matter the country knew cataclysmic days were ahead and began preparations.  It was their belief that ancient forbidden technologies and synthetic life forms were the keys to survival as earth and ultimately all of creation is being thrust.

The most dangerous part of the program is that it will reveal kin and foe to elite persons those persons carrying ancient nephilim and giant bloodlines or genetic memory of the Golden Age.  It is their goal to  illuminate life (biodiversity) of earth with these ancient bloodlines to save the planet.  Not for you and I and the species God created but for an engineered godless world.

I have witnessed a flurry of activity in this program including their new DNA-reptilian hybrid looking logo. 

The COBOL

To this end back in 1975 at the first ever Asilomar Conference the decision was made to genetically modify all life upon the face of the earth.  It was a three part conference program:

• Genetically modify all life on earth
• Geo-engineer the atmosphere
• Introduce the totally synthetic life form of artificial intelligence and beast system

The next step was to convene a Consortium for the Barcode of Life (CBOL) is an international initiative dedicated to supporting the development of DNA barcoding as a global standard for species identification.  Eventually, you will not be able to buy or sell or participate in anything unless AI verifies your DNA providing you access to beast system interaction.

CBOL's Secretariat Office is hosted by the National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution, in Washington, DC. Barcoding was a way of distinguishing and identifying species with a short standardized gene sequence. The team includes the International Barcode of Life Project (iBOL), all headquartered at the University of Guelph. The Barcode of Life Data Systems (BOLD) is also located at the University of Guelph.

Possibly you are familiar with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. They are a sponsor of the many of the popular survival reality television series, watching modern man struggle in primitive environments.  All the while documenting to see if man could survive the challenges of those days. While it was entertaining they precisely documented how mankind would fare in primitive conditions.   Since then, more than 200 organizations from more than 50 countries have joined CBOL and agreed to put their barcode data in a public database. CBOL promotes DNA barcoding through workshops, working groups, international conferences, outreach meetings to developing countries, planning meetings for barcoding projects, and production of outreach material to raise awareness of barcoding.

CBOL has also created Connect, a social network for the barcoding community. CBOL helped to plan and launch the global campaigns to barcode all species.

One of CBOL's primary contributions to the success of barcoding has been its outreach efforts to government agencies (agriculture, environment, conservation, and others) and international organizations (CITES, Convention on Biological Diversity, Food and Agriculture Organization) that could benefit from barcoding.

DNA Research Project

 It is not coincidental that Burning Mans them this year is Metamorphosis for just as butterflies are caterpillars and then go into a cocoon to transform into a butterfly, the barcoding agenda laid in wait in it's cocoon until it was the fly to life this year, 2019, with the launch of the BIOSCAN portion of the program.  The above picture speaks for itself on what its goals will be:

• Revealing species
• Species Interaction
• Species Dynamics

It is critical to remember that there is a new species classification system that I revealed in Epic Battle of the Alien Alignment that allows for synthetic life forms, demons, and other entities.  It was first tested on the government Clade X exercise.

iBOL will establish an earth observation system that will reveal species, including their dynamics and interactions.

Tracking ecosystems and revealing symbiomes with all plant, animal and human life associated with host organisms – before the middle of this century by completing this research program.  This is so that each species can be plugged and played into the beast system with AI tracking every move you make with predictive aspects of knowing how you will respond to different situations as they present themselves.  As synthetic life forms such as the Synths are deployed you will be monitored to see how integration is progressing.

BARCODE 500K was completed in 2015, was the foundation that established the sequencing facilities, analytical protocols, informatics platforms, and international collaboration needed to build the DNA barcode reference libraries. Building on this success, BIOSCAN was launched just last month, June 2019, to scan life and codify species interactions while expanding the reference library and demonstrating its utility. BIOSCAN will be the foundation for the Planetary Biodiversity Mission, a mission to save a living planet.

BIOSCAN’s three research themes will employ DNA barcodes to speed species discovery, to probe species interactions, and to track species dynamics.

Planetary BioDiversity Mission (PBM)

In a mere seven years a complete DNA biosurveillence program will be established.  Unbiblical life census will be taken and categorized.  This program will stimulate activation of the Planetary Biodiversity Mission (PBM) – iBOL’s final project.  You are familiar with seed banks, in the future there will be life banks. 

Actors Submitting Species

Institutions around the world are submitting DNA species specimens for barcode analysis.  You may be familiar with a number of these who also obfuscate our true human history and past and what parts forbidden ancient technologies played in the role of human civilization.

Timeline

Here we are, mid-stream so to say.  While the goal is for the whole new system to be fully operational and integrated by 2045 many programs are way ahead of schedule.  The year 2045 is an interesting date for it is the conclusion of the 70th Jubilee year. Mid-Jubilee is next year, 2020 and so if the pattern of Jesus being cut off early is a pattern might we see His return next year?  Just as the Holy Land is sprinkled with history and every place one walks is historically significant so are the dates from here forward.  The year 2030 is the 2000th anniversary of the crucifixion. 

Be mindful, that according to the Holy Scriptures that there will not only be signs in the heavens-the sun, moon, and stars but also upon the face of the earth indicating the imminent return of Jesus the Christ.  Whatever the date of Jesus return, we should be attentive to His cautionary words:

You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.  Matthew 16
