Have you ever wondered why certain prophecies are sealed until the End Days? Are you curious about what clues that the Lord has provided for us encoded within the Bible on the Seven Thunders? Are you getting overwhelmed with knowledge? When will it be the End?
Seal-Up the Prophecy
There are some mysteries of God, Scripture, visions, and prophecies that can only be understood within the precise context of its day, hour, and moment in time. At times, it is a matter of whether we can spiritually handle the Truth. But now, as man forsakes God and his humanity, Jesus must open the tightly sealed scrolls or there will be no humanity left.
There can be no longer any doubt that these words of the prophet Daniel are coming to pass. You know this or you can feel a vague sense of it:
But you, Daniel, shut up these words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will roam to and fro, and knowledge will increase. Daniel 12:4
I am lead by the Holy Spirit to compare this wording to this:
And the Lord said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. Job 2:2 KJV
Keeping in mind that the Book of Job is considered the oldest book of the Bible this leaves one with the distinct impression that this roaming to and fro originates from Satan and results in the [forbidden] knowledge [of the fallen angels who conferred it to those secret establishments catering to the craft of the Dark Arts and Black Magic.]
God does have His mysteries and secrets but these are very distinct and separate. God's plan is salvation, redemption, and a restored relationship with Him.
The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. Deuteronomy 29:29
Satan's objectives are for destruction, annihilation, and eternal damnation.
The vision of the evenings and the mornings that has been spoken is true. Now you must seal up the vision, for it concerns the distant future. Daniel 8:26
We are told in this verse that Daniel's vision is True. Jesus is Truth. Daniel was commanded to not make it public but to conceal this vision in his heart. Daniel wrote down what he knew of the End in veiled and obscure language.
There are some possibilities on how Daniel might have obscured this vision:
- Words were deleted from the vision obscuring the message(s). While Daniel might have done this, it was the custom of a scribe, not erase the Word of God or His Name. Scrolls with errors were buried, out of respect for the holiness of the Name of God.
- Writing it in a language that could only be understood at the End. This coded wording would have the ability to conceal.
We must remember how broken up and ill Daniel was at seeing the machinations of justice and redemption. Though the message was sweet form the Lord it was a bitter message. You can expect as the Days of Redemption proceed that you might feel physically and spiritually ill at what is transpiring. That is normal. For you not to feel this way would be abnormal. Be mindful of this for your End Times preparedness. I have learned first hand, through becoming a widow in a hostile land, how gruesome the physical and spiritual process of grieving can be as Jesus took me by the hand and healed my broken heart.
Many will must and attempt to unravel the mysteries of the End. Knowledge and theories will be put forth. To know the true End is impossible, but scholarly will muse.
If you glean insights into this mysterious time, be as Daniel:
Daniel exclaimed, Let the Name of God be blessed forever and ever, for wisdom and might are His. He altars times and seasons; deposes kings and establishes kings; gives wisdom to wise and knowledge to those who know how to reason. He reveals the deep and mysterious, knows what is in the dark, and light dwells with Him. Daniel 20-22
The angel in Daniel 12 and Messenger in Revelation 10 both lift their hands in an oath or swearing. His power to work miracles is called His right hand. Kindness also is tribute called right hand.
He swore as He was above the river, and by the Life of the [terrestrial] world, with His right hand uplifted to heaven of the time period appointed for redemption. Daniel 12:7
The man clothed in linen appeared to Daniel as if suspended between heaven and earth. Daniel 12:6. For the End Day Redemption to be completed once again heaven and earth must touch, hence the illusion to the suspension of this man in linen. Simple garments of white linen were used by priests during the holiest of days symbolizing the Redemptive Process.
The hidden End or wonders are phenomena which are not readily understood by human intelligence, they are hidden. They can only be revealed by the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Jesus.
The End, For the day of vengeance is in My heart and the year of redemption is come. Isaiah 63:4
The matters are obscured and sealed till the time of the End enclosed in the heart. In this matter the heart does not disclose to the mouth for these are days of vengeance.
After the oath the time frame is established for the fragmented hand God's holy people to be finished.
Faith Lesson: Am I wandering to and fro seeking knowledge? Is this knowledge benefiting me or undermining my relationship with Jesus?
Calculations of the End

Pure White spoken of in Daniel 12:6 is the symbolic of something free of blemish. There is only One, free of blemish, and that is Jesus. It is an interesting within the Law of Nature that white light includes all the colors of the rainbow. One does not have to parade a rainbow around in perversion. When one is confident in whom he serves a simple white shows true power and majesty.
The matters of the End will be clarified through numerous attempts to understand them.
Many [of us] will be refined… we will be going into the wine-press...
There will be many calculations about the End, including the right one, but this will not be known until the time, for those matters are obscured and sealed up. It will be hidden among the wrong calculations. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is speeding up the calculation process exponentially. Did you not know that is why the nations clamor for this beast system?
The wicked will fail in their attempt to find the End. When the time which they have erroneously ascribed to be the appointed time comes without their 'redemption' taking place, they will erroneously come to the conclusion that there is no 'redemption.'
None shall understand or have the capability to understand the End. We do not have the humility, or the understanding to comprehend the perceived tarrying of Jesus, and our erroneous conception of the End.
Many will be deluded into thinking that their calculation of the End is absolute, pure, and free from error.
When the time draws near to the End, the wise-men will interpret calculations of the End. The wise will not use their intellect for it will avail them nothing. And so revelation of these days will fall to a faithful few who trust Jesus with all their heart, mind, and strength.
In the period immediately preceding the complete redemption, the light of Jesus will already begin cast His illuminated signs upon the horizon just as dawn softly erases the darkness. Many will recognize Him and walk in His Light. But sadly there many will who stubbornly cling to their convictions and wage war against God.
go to the End…You will pass from this world to collect your reward in the next world. You will die before this comes to pass and you will rest in the world of souls and you will be resurrected, arising in your lot, unlike the wicked who will stand up to their shame and everlasting abhorrence. Daniel 12:13
Three people had the End revealed to them, Jacob, Daniel and Isaiah and were commanded not to share this revelation until the End.
Daniel did know but when he obscured the vision about the End it says, And I heard but did not understand.
"Go on your way, Daniel," he replied, "for the words are closed up and sealed until the time. Daniel 12:9
And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, say of the end. Isaiah 29:11
Faith Lesson: Am I willing and joyful about my refining process? Do I always give a good report to esteem the Name of Jesus?
Today I will do something that will make me comfortable with where I will be for all eternity.
Open the Book

Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me again, saying, "Go, take the small scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel standing on the sea and on the land." Revelation 10:8
We approach a time at thundering speed where the book(s) that have been sealed will be opened. It is critically essential that you are written in the Lamb's Book of Life at that time. Judgments and wrath will pour forth but you will peer at it safely under the pinions of the Dwelling Place of the Most High God.
Then he told me, "Do not seal up the words of prophecy in this book, because the time is near. Revelation 22:10
Faith Lesson: Is my life an open book for Jesus? Can He inscribe whatever He desires into my life?
Mystery of the Crag
And the Eternal said, "See, there is a place near
Most of us know this passage very well. But it is laden with symbolically (metaphorical) language. It is so dense that we can experience it through the medium of words but it is a saturated shadow of emotion-laden moments. In the original language, the word or speak is the same word as 'thing'. These Words have dimensions, mass, and weight, all the Words of Holy Scripture do-they are not merely words for they pierce the physical, spiritual, and all dimensions.
Why should we explore these all-to-human Words, and what do they represent? We must look at this particular moment in time. Moses has just quelled God's anger at the Children of Israel for the idolatry of the Golden Calf. In the afterglow of reconciliation, Moses asks God for two things: that God will continue to dwell amidst the Children of Israel despite their failings; and further that Moses is might be granted a glimpse at God's Eternal Presence.
There is in God's response, a series of intended double metaphors, double meanings that can be read as God's double response to two of Moses' separate requests.
See there is a place near Me-Just as Jacob declared the location of his dream of Jacob's Ladder the wayward patriarch exclaims: Truly, the Eternal is in this place, and I did not know it! Genesis 28:16. The word in the original language is both name for God and as a description of a place. It is as if God is saying: "Stand with Me and I will stand with you."
Station yourself on the rock-There is intended double meaning. Jesus is called the Rock. In fact, He is the foundation:
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. I Corinthians 3:11
Here again we see this is as a promise of God's protection and again an image of Moses' nearness to God.
I will put you in a cleft of the rock and shield you with My hand-At this moment of cleaving to God; we all but become one with the Creator and Preserver of our lives. Envision yourself cradled in the Hands of Jesus, which is where Moses found shelter. May we all strive to get this close to our Creator, God.
God's hands are a recurrent image of God's steadfast love for His people. As in the beautiful, yet enigmatic lines from Isaiah 49:15-16: I never could forget you. See, I have engraved you on the palms of My hands, your walls are ever before Me.
Although lost, somewhere in piles of biblical texts, that I used to glean insights and lessons of the Seven Thunders, I ran across once idea that vividly stuck in my mind. I think it was somewhere in the Psalms, please forgive me, for my poor recollection. It was to the effect that there are certain points in history where, when God touches earth, the laws of space and time are irrelevant. When God placed Moses in the cleft of the Rock, He placed him at the very moment of Creation spanning unto the End. It was, as it were, the vast emptiness, before time and space began. This is the conception of Creation and its End-with Jesus, eternally. This may factor into why Moses received such a harsh punishment of not entering the Land when he struck the rock. Metaphorically, he struck Jesus. The Rock was symbolic to the panorama of time and he struck. The story of creation is embedded within the dark shade of this crag and Moses struck. The End was contained within the crag when all creation returns to its essence.
Faith Lesson: Are you ready to see the glory of God? Today, I will do one small thing to align myself with the Will of Jesus so that I might esteem His Name.
God Talks Thunder with Job

I share the Seven Thunders with you, my friends, to equip you (and myself) for the signs, wonders, and supernatural events that are imminent. They are going to shake our world and we are going to need to 'think outside of the box' to survive spiritually and physically.
Job is enumerated as the oldest book of the Bible. What can we nuggets can we glean about the supernatural thunderous voice of God from antiquity to engage in the most supernatural battle of history?
We must examine Job 26:5-13
The dead are fashioned beneath the water and its environs [people to plants]. The netherworld is naked before Him; the abyss has no garment [noting is concealed from His watchful eye]. He spreads out the North [firm ground of inhabited areas] over formlessness [rests on nothing substantial compared to Him]. He suspends earth on nothingness. He bundles up the waters in His clouds, yet no cloudbursts under their weight [deluge unless at His command]. He covers the appearance of the Throne, spreading out His cloud over it. He decreed a border for the surface of the water, for as long as there is light and darkness. The pillars of heaven waver[some believe this to be an earthquake while others believe it is at the sound of His thunder]; they are astonished at His rebuke. With His might He broke the sea [so that it floods the earth] and with His understanding He battered the haughty [within the Laws of Nature]. With His breath He unfolds the canopy of the heavens [perfected, made calm]. It was His hand that fashioned [punished] the Bolt Serpent [Leviathan].
See these are the smallest of His ways, how can we presume to understand even a mite of Him? Who can contemplate His thundering force? Job 26:5-14
Clouds are likened to a serpent, since they encircle the earth like a serpent. This metaphor is taken from the songs of the ancients, who believed that there was a primordial struggle between a mythical serpent and the sun. When the serpent proved stronger, the result was an eclipse of the sun. God then slew the serpent which was considered a sacred symbol among the ancients and they assigned to it a special constellation of stars. In this guise it continues to struggle with the sun. The hand of God pierces the serpent, as it is written, "Are you not the One who carved up Rahab and pierced the serpent?" Isaiah 51:9
As we go into the great battles of the End Days God has just provided for us critical strategic advice. The supernatural Seven Thunders are only a fringe or trivial phenomena that He has and bring to the End Days war. From death to punishing of Leviathan, all things are in His hands. What a powerful lesson this is for us!
These are the very last words that Job spoke to his friends.
If we cannot understand the soft light of the clouds, then how is man to comprehend the impenetrable darkness which surrounds the Throne of Glory? Job 36:29
As we get into the heat of battle let us remember this verse for what it simply means is that the clouds over us are His tabernacle and our temporary dwelling just prior to us being with Jesus for all eternity.
After it, a voice roars; He thunders with His majestic voice, And He does not restrain the lightnings when His voice is heard. God thunders with His voice wondrously, Doing great things which we cannot comprehend. Job 37: 4-5
A roaring peal comes right after a lightning bolt, crashing in majestic thunder. God does not hold back the thunder, if we were attuned we would hear its sound. The sense is that lightning is immediately followed by roaring thunder. In supernatural situations, the thunder is heard exactly at the same time the lightning is seen. It is only because our ears are slower at perceiving sounds than our eyes are at perceiving light that it appears to us that there is a time lapse between thunder and lightening.
Who made a path for the clouds which carry the blasts of thunder? Job 38:35
It is time for us to gird our loins with the armor of God like a warrior, for the time has come- the serpent is striking, and God's voice is thundering
Recall in the Book of Job, Job who was turned over to the prosecutor Satan enduring many trials. In Job 38 God responds to Job from out of the whirlwind: Who is this who comes with murky ideas, speaking without due consideration? Come gird your loins like a warrior. I will put forth the questions and will enlighten Me. Where were you when I laid the foundations of the world? God's timing is precise and He makes distinction with no mistakes on who is saved and who are His enemies. The earth is the foundation of the universe. God created everything for man. God laid the foundation stone of the earth. [Jesus]
The more the trumpet blasts are focused the more the war horse delights at the pending confrontation. The accouterments of war, far from intimidating, spur him on to inspired frenzy. Job 39: 25
"Or do you have an arm like God, And can you thunder with a voice like His? Job 40:9
Job appeared to be grumbling a bit because his request for a confrontation with God had not been granted. There is an arrogance in such an assertion and assumes and equals standing with God.
Faith Lesson: Are you listen to the thundering voice of Jesus inspiring you to prepare for the war ahead?
I choose to use one of my many gifts today to prepare for the End of Days.
Song of Hannah
There are many songs composed and sung in the pages of the Bible and many just happen to include the supernatural thundering voice of God. One song was sung by Hannah in I Samuel. If you have not taken some quiet moments to absorb this eloquent song, now is your opportunity.
He guards the steps of His devout ones, but the wicked are stilled in darkness; for not through strength does man prevail. Those who contend with the LORD will be shattered; Against them He will thunder in the heavens, The LORD will judge the ends of the earth; And He will give strength to His king, And will exalt the horn of His anointed." I Samuel 2:9-10
May God shatter those who contend with God, from ancient days to forevermore. After Samuel makes a sacrificial offering- God responded with a thunderous noise that threw the Philistines into turmoil and defeat.
Who are the contenders?
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was. II Timothy 3: 2-9
Faith Lesson: Whatever my temptation will be for today, I will resist in the powerful Name of Jesus.
Thunder Rocks

Whenever God's people face formidable foes, when they call upon Him, He delivers and saves.
7 And when the Philistines heard that the children of Israel were gathered together to Mizpeh, the lords of the Philistines went up against Israel. And when the children of Israel heard it, they were afraid of the Philistines.
8 And the children of Israel said to Samuel, Cease not to cry unto the Lord our God for us, that he will save us out of the hand of the Philistines.
9 And Samuel took a sucking lamb, and offered it for a burnt offering wholly unto the Lord: and Samuel cried unto the Lord for Israel; and the Lord heard him.
10 And as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the Lord thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel…
12 Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer[the Rock of Help], saying, Hitherto hath the Lord helped us.
13 So the Philistines were humbled, and they came no more into the coast of Israel: and the hand of the Lord was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel.
14 And the cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel, from Ekron even unto Gath; and the coasts thereof did Israel deliver out of the hands of the Philistines. And there was peace between Israel and the Amorites. 1 Samuel 7:7-10
Now Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, and the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel. But the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day against the Philistines and confused them, so that they were routed before Israel. I Samuel 7:10
Hannah alludes to this episode in her poetic paean: Let the heavens thunder against them.
There are commentators and Legends who maintain that this thunder was accompanied by fiery flames that burned before the eyes of the Philistines, so intense that it burnt up their souls. The source is citing Psalm 18:14: God thundered at them in the heavens, the Most High gave them forth His voice-hail, and fiery coals.
As well as catching our attention, the thunderous voice of God, reinforces our faith. We have nothing to fear. But to those who are the enemies of God the thunder voice of God is unbearably loud, confounding, and a disorienting noise. In God's vast arsenal He has the capability to project sound at different decibels to different people.
Did you catch verse 13? Samuel takes a rock and places it between Mizpah and the cliff calling the location Eben-ha'ezer or the Rock of Help. I find it fascinating that that thunder is oftentimes linked with the Rock [of our salvation, Jesus]. We are beginning to see a pattern emerge which should not surprise us because the Seven Thunders do come forth from the Revelation of Jesus Christ. But each of these verses that link the rocks with the thunder is a witness to us of His judgment and saving grace.
"Is it not the wheat harvest today? I will call to the LORD, that He may send thunder and rain Then you will know and see that your wickedness is great which you have done in the sight of the LORD by asking for yourselves a king." So Samuel called to the LORD, and the LORD sent thunder and rain that day; and all the people greatly feared the LORD and Samuel. I Samuel 12:17-18
God does not seek to punish the Jews for no reason. He would heed Samuel's prayer and alter nature to demonstrate His displeasure at their having requested a king. This is very pertinent in our days as the headline news begins to fill with talk about metamorphosing Israel into a monarchy with a king, and that king is not Jesus, yet. Great is the anguish of God Almighty that Israel desires a king to imitate the surrounding nations.
Just as the heavy rains destroyed the crops, so to, long-term kingship rule would be harmful to Israel.
How great is your wickedness that you performed in the eyes of God. The Jewish people did not appreciate the pitfalls inherent to the appointment of a king. God had the eyes to see the harmful consequences of their deeds.
The rain and thunder came at supernatural speed immediately answering Samuel's prayer instilling fear in the hearts of the people, even those who mocked and scorned the installation of a king.
"The LORD thundered from heaven, And the Most High uttered His voice. 2 Samuel 22:14
David is singing a Song of gratitude to God. In the beginning, David declares that, God is my Rock, my Fortress, and my Rescuer. Later in this tribute of gratitude David recalls God's thunderclap in Samuel's war against the Philistines. Recounting how God frightened His enemies and made them tremble.
Faith Lesson: Does Jesus have your attention? Today, I will allow Jesus to reinforce my faith.
The End or Beginning?
What magnificent and inspiring glimpses of God's thunderous voice with His words reverberating throughout our essence,soul, body, and spirit. He is preparing us for war as the calculation of the End of Days draws near. We have begun to see these supernatural thunders encoded with the Name of Jesus as the Rock, the Foundation, and the Crag. We see Job's friends fade from the scene and God begins a frank talk with Job on His marvelous creations, including the thunders. And we are getting our first blush that these Seven Thunders and their mysterious roots can be found in the Songs of the Bible. What a mighty God we serve, To Jesus! All the glory and honor and power!
