For each phenomenon in creation there is a course. You have a unique course established by God for your life. This is also true for the thundering voice of God. Consider for a moment a lightning bolt followed by thunder within the natural realms. For each thunder there is a separate course, for if two should thundering's should go forth along the same track, the world would be destroyed.
This is also true for the courses of water which fall upon the earth. There are many drops that God has created in the clouds, and for each drop there is a separate place; for if two drops should go into one, they would make the earth too soft or destructive, and it could not produce. Infinite balance is His precision.
Faith Lesson: What is your course in this life? Do you trust in His perfect precision and balance?
Thunder of God
At pivotal times in history God's thunder has issued forth:
- Creation
- Giving of the Torah (Bible)
And lesser know occasions such as
- During an attack by the Philistines God answered prayer to Samuel: God terrified the enemy first by an earthquake, and then by thunder and lightning. Many were scorched, and in their terror and pain their weapons dropped from their hands. Legends of the Jews Volume 4
- It is said that as the spies entered the land of Israel that the lightning of the stars shone, and the thunders followed sounding them. Legends of the Jews, Volume 6
- The intense conversation between God and Job in the Book of Job
There are other thunders that we will glean clues as we uncover the mysteries of the Seven Thunders in The Mysterious Thunder of God: Calculating the End.
And God will thunder as a lion as time draws unto an End.
Faith Lesson: Bring to your recollection a time when God has spoken to you. Was it at a crucial time in your life or did He speak to you in your ordinary day? Did you take time to thank Him for your conversation?
Seven Thunders
Image: National Geographic
John the Revelator was commanded:
Therefore write down the things you have seen, and the things that are, and the things that will happen after this. Revelation 1:19
Jesus then talks to His Beloved Church. I will in brief provide an overview of what transpires between after Jesus interacts with His Bride, the Church and the Seven Thunders in Chapter 10. We need to keep the overview in our mind's eye to hear the message of the Seven Thunders.
- Chapter 4 we see the heavenly gate open for a view of what is transpiring in the heavenlies and what is to shortly come to pass
- Chapter 5 Jesus is given a book with seven seals and since the foundation of creation He alone is worthy to open this book amidst myriads and myriads of angelic voices sing praises, elders falling down before Him, all crying, "Worthy is the Lamb that was slain."
- Chapter 6: With the voice of thunder beckoning, "Come and see" as the four horses [of the Apocalypse] dispatched upon the earth. In the Aramaic the speaking voice within the thunder there is embedded, a wordplay, a beautiful alliteration, between the speaking thunder and a great sword. Men will hide in caves and clefts of mountains to hide from the one who sits of the throne and the wrath of the Lamb.
- Chapter 7: Introduces the Four Messengers stationed at the four corners of the earth and commanded not to hurt the earth or the sea until the 144,000 were sealed. And of those who stood before the throne were clothes in white robes from their great affliction and these robes were made clean by the blood of the Lamb. They held palms in their hands symbolic of their holy reverence to Jesus the Lamb of God as their King. There future is detailed.
- Chapter 8: Silence in heaven and then the golden altar incense is thrown with fire and cast upon the earth. Seven messengers with seven rams horns sounded and with thunders and flashes of lightning's and voices and an earthquakes did the "sounds" go forth. The earth was burned, the trees were burned, and a giant mountain fell unto earth turning the sea to blood killing life within it. A star named Wormwood fell to destroy the waters, rivers, and many people died from the bitter waters. A third sun was smitten and did not give its light, also the moon and the stars became dark. And I saw and heard an eagle which flew in the midst, and it had a tail of blood, while it said with a loud voice: Woe, woe, to them who dwell on the earth because the remaining sounds of the trumpets of the three messengers, who are to sound.
- Chapter 9: A star falls from heaven upon the earth and it was given the key of the pit of the Abyss and he opened the Abyss and in smoke came the locusts like scorpions that have a king over them to torment those who did not have the seal of God upon their foreheads. [Mind you his is before the mark of the beast]. Two myriads of warrior war horses are dispatched at a precise moment to slay and with plagues. But the remnant of man who were not slain by the plagues did not repent of the works of their hands and worshiped demons…And they repented neither of their murders nor of their sorceries, not of their sexual sins, nor of their thefts.
Chapter 10
And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.
4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings. Revelation 10
The mighty angel has a little book and roars, and the Seven Thunders sound but John is told not to write what they said. Time will cease. I do not see many or any conversions or repentance after this point. It may be well that we have until the Seven Thunders to make our decision for Jesus Christ or our fate is nearly sealed. There are Set Apart Believer's during this time as many are killed when they do not take the mark of the beast.
Then the angel swears by God that there will be time [delay] no longer, but that the mystery of God will be finished in the days that the seventh trumpet begins to sound.
The mystery of God will be finished because Jesus Christ will be revealed to the whole world at the Seventh Trumpet. There will no longer be any mystery.

Scroll of Sweetness, Bitter Message
Image: Wormwood by Celeste
And he had in his right hand seven stars, and from his mouth issued a fervent spirit; and his countenance was like the sun shining in strength. Revelation 1:16, Aramaic
This description of Jesus is very illuminating in the Aramaic which reveals that it can mean several things, as Hebrew and Aramaic oftentimes does expound. A sharp spirit came out of his mouth in the Greek reads and a sharp sword came out of his mouth. The Aramaic scribe made a slight error and instead of putting a small sword or dagger he inadvertently put spirit.
For the Word of God is living and all-efficient, and sharper than a two-edged sword, and enters to the severance of the soul and the spirit, and all the joints and the marrow of the bones, and judges the thoughts and reasoning's of the heart. Hebrews 4:12, Aramaic
This word sharp is interesting, for as mentioned it has several meanings: sharp, severe, prompt, a bitter plant, loud voice, pungent (strong), current, to be sharp, to sharpen, to incite, to blaspheme , to be sharpened, to be incited, and to be early. This is not an isolated incident for we find it elsewhere always with the concept of and in your soul will pass through a spear so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed. Luke
There is an association between the fervent spirit and the sharp sword. This is a beautiful example of the Spirit of God in our hearts and indicating that we will not be separated from God after our death.
I would like to call your attention to the other usages of sharp and that is the bitter plant and pungent.
In Revelation 10 and in the Book of Ezekiel God tells His messengers to take the scroll (book) and to eat it and it will make your bowels bitter, but in your mouth it will be like sweet honey. Whatever is this to mean?
So I opened my mouth, and He fed me the scroll. “Son of man,” He said to me, “eat and fill your stomach with this scroll I am giving you.” So I ate, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth. Then He said to me, “Son of man, go now to the house of Israel and speak My words to them.…Ezekiel 3:2-3, Berean
Aside from a literal understanding, there is a metaphorical meaning, and that is identification with its contents-a fusion of man and message.
In Ezekiel's case when the passage says open your mouth the root indicates an unwilling opening with from repugnance or by force. The prophet is directed to absorb the message even if his whole being rebels against the task.
And behold! in it was a scroll of a book-inscribed within and without, and in it was inscribed lamentations, moaning, and woes. Ezekiel 2:10
This scroll contained that which occurred at the beginning and that which will occur at the end. Thus the entire span of human history the prophet would absorb let it permeate his being. Humanity, history and destiny are fusing in this symbolic act.
Eating is interpreted as learning and accepting the words of the scroll so that he can convey a bitter message to the people. He was to sate himself with this scroll as he would food. Despite the ominous contents he hearkens with eagerness and alacrity because they are the words of God. The sweetness lay not in the wickedness and troubles but the sweetness of prophecy and the divine precision between punishment and crimes.
Both the prophet and the messenger then go forth to prophesy to the rebellious people.
Bitterness is a theme that runs throughout the Bible. No sooner had the Hebrews had the Hebrews left the mouth of the gorges of Freedom Valley and passed through the sea unto the desert and when they had traveled three days [here is that three again] that encamped (4th) at a place that was known henceforth as the Place of Bitterness [also known as rebellion]. Bitterness is what we get when we follow our own fleshly evil desires.
And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink? And the people contended. And he prayed before the Lord, and the Lord showed him the bitter tree of Ardiphne [representing the tree that Jesus would be sacrificed upon rendering the bitter waters sweet]; and lie wrote upon it the great and glorious Name, and cast it into the midst of the waters, and the waters were rendered sweet. This is reminiscent of: their sorrow was turned into joy and their mourning into a day of celebration. Esther 9:22
Everyone that thirsts, come for water, Isaiah 55:1. Jesus is the Living Water. What occurred at Marah is what happens to us when we abandon the Living Water, we get thirsty. There is speculation in Legends and such that bitterness originated with the Tree of Good and Evil. If there as no sin bitterness would not have entered into the world. The people murmured only at two places here at Marah and the Encampment of Giants. That juxiposition is fascinating.
We, mankind, will revisit Place of Bitterness as the events of Revelation unfold. One trivia comment about sweet honey is that a man can endure only so much of it. If he consumes too much honey his stomach will turn bitter and he may well vomit.
Faith Lesson: Have you allowed God to fuse His message into your heart? God brings bitterness into our lives as a testing and so that He might deliver us from it. In this world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. John 16:33
Before we depart from this topic, there may be another possibility...
The Unfaithful Wife
God thundered His Word around the world leaving no excuse to humanity that He is God. He has been compassionate and long suffering as mankind has dallied with various sinful proclivities. Mankind is now hastening towards forsaking God and also what it means to be human, God is about to intervene. The bitter-sweet scrolls of Ezekiel and Revelation, may in fact, be a part of this ancient procedure to deal with a rebellious, unfaithful wife. While this may seem arcane we are the Bride of Jesus Christ. He is our Beloved Bridegroom. During the giving of the Torah at Mt.Sinai, God took humanity as His Bride in a highly symbolic Middle-Eastern wedding. He did not only take the Jewish people, but all of humanity.
Embedded in the Old Testament is a procedure that was established for a woman suspected of adultery, which must undergo an ordeal that will establish her guilt or innocence. Numbers 5:11–31 describes in detail the ritual, which a priest performs in the Tabernacle to determine whether a woman whose husband suspects her of adultery is indeed guilty. The Pentateuch determines that a husband who suffers from “a spirit of jealousy” and suspects his wife must bring her to the priest at the Tabernacle. There the priest performs a series of ritual acts: he offers a “meal-offering of jealousy,” an offering of ground barley without oil or frankincense, unbinds the woman’s hair, makes her swear an oath that she had sexual relations with no man other than her husband, writes the oath in a scroll and erases it in water mixed with dust from the Tabernacle, and finally makes the woman drink the mixture. This mixture, which the Bible calls the bitter, curse-causing waters, contains the oath and the curses that accompany it, and ultimately determines the woman’s fate. As the woman drinks the potion, the outcome of the trial appears on her body, confirming or refuting her husband’s suspicions: If she is guilty, the water will cause the woman to become infertile (the expressions “her thigh falls” and “her belly distends” are probably euphemisms for harm to the sexual organs), but if she is innocent the water will do her no harm and even cause her to become fertile (sweetened).
Counterfeit 'Universes' Exposed
Last year the Branson conference focused on Transhumanism and the grave threat that it is to humanity. Technology is tearing the fabric of creation down to its elemental state and rearranging it using forbidden Dark Magic technologies of the nephilim. It appears as though an access and tether to this artificial world is being engineering. Most of the players you are familiar with: CERN, DARPA, and AI.
But would it surprise you to learn that that historical legends include the belief that a synthetic 'world' [creation, understanding that only God can create] was understood as a fact? This artificial realm is devoid of God and His creation. The residents are the soulless, spirits, entities, and demons.
I submit to you, King Hiram, who engineered a formidable kingdom.
Seven Artificial 'Heavens' of Hell
Image: Dan Brown Dante's Inferno
Hiram, the King of Tyre [archetype of Satan], was a contemporary of Nebuchadnezzar, and in many respects resembled him. He, too, esteemed himself a god, and sought to make men believe in his divinity by the artificial heavens he fashioned for himself. In the sea he erected four iron pillars, on which he built up seven heavens, each larger than the one below. The first was a plate of glass, and the second plate of iron. The third of lead, and was separated from the second by canals, contained huge round boulders, which produced the sound of thunder upon the iron. The forth heaven was of brass, the fifth of copper, the sixth of silver, and the seventh of gold, all separated from each other by canals. In the seventh, he had diamonds and pearls, which he manipulated so as to produce the effect of flashes and sheets of lightning, while the stones below imitated the growls of the thunder. Legends of the Jews, Volume 4
I would think this to be just an ancient legend with nuggets of truth if it were not for CERN that is tapping into these 'heavens' of hell using these very elements named above. I believe that the infrastructure was established by Satan and that access and tethers to our world are the superhighway to this eternally damned realm.
King Hiram Meets Ezekiel
Every realm must have a king.
As Hiram was thus floating above the earth, in his vain imagination deeming himself superior to the rest of men, he suddenly perceived the prophet Ezekiel next to himself. He had been waved thither by a wind. Frightened and amazed, Hiram asked the prophet how he had risen to his heights. The answer was: "God brought me here, and He bade me to ask why thou art so proud, thou born of woman?" The king of Tyre replied defiantly: "I am not born of woman; I live forever, and as God resides on the sea, so my abode is on the sea, and as He inhabits seven heavens, so do I. See how many kings I have survived. Twenty-one of the House of David, and as many of the Kingdom of Ten Tribes, and no less than fifty prophets and ten high priests have I buried. Thereupon God said: "I will destroy My house, which henceforth Hiram may have no reason for self-glorification, because all of his pride comes only from providing that he furnished the cedar-trees for the building of the Temple." At the end this proud king was conquered by Nebuchadnezzar, deprived of his throne, and made to suffer a cruel death. Legends of the Jews, Volume 4
Grisly Death
The Babylonian king was the step-son of Hiram, and he had no mercy for him. Daily he cut off a bit of flesh of his body, and forced the Tyrian king to eat it, until he finally perished. Hiram's palace was swallowed up by the earth, and in the bowels of the earth it will remain." Legends of the Jews, Volume 4
Thundering of Enoch
Jesus wears many hats during the prophetic events. We see Him representing humanity, in His title as Son of Man through stages of True Judge and King.
and among the lampstands was One like the Son of Man, dressed in a long robe, with a golden sash around His chest. The hair of His head was white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes were like a blazing fire.. His feet were like polished bronze refined in a furnace, and His voice was like the roar of many waters.…Revelation 1:14, Berean
We witness Jesus, as the Ancient of Days, in the Book of Daniel:
I watched till thrones were put in place,
And the Ancient of Days was seated;
His garment was white as snow,
And the hair of His head was like pure wool.
His throne was a fiery flame,
Its wheels a burning fire; A fiery stream issued
And came forth from before Him.
A thousand thousands ministered to Him;
Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him.
The court was seated, And the books were opened. Daniel 7:9-10, Berean
We see Him as a Messenger much as His Theophany to Abraham:
Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven, wrapped in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head. His face was like the sun, and his legs like pillars of fire. He held in his hand a small scroll, which lay open. He placed his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land.…Revelation 10:1-2, Aramaic
Jesus plants His feet upon the earth and sea and will begin the process of taking over the title of His creation.
One of the reasons that I believe Enoch will be one of the two witnesses is due to the following Legend describing Enoch in similar language as the description of Jesus, as if he is a foreshadowing of Jesus Christ.
There is a lengthy description about Enoch in The Legend of the Jews, Volume 1. We will pick the narrative up part way through:
I [God] made him the guardian of the treasuries of the palaces in the heaven "arabot", and the treasures of life that are in the highest heaven."
Out of the love He bore for Enoch, God arrayed him in a magnificent garment, to which every kind of luminary in existence was attached, and a crown gleaming with 49 jewels, the splendor of which pierced all the parts of the seven heavens and to the four corners of the earth. In the presence of the heavenly family, He set this crown upon the head of Enoch, and called him, "the little Lord." It bears the letters also the letters by means of which heaven and earth were created, and seas and rivers, mountains and valleys, planets and constellations, lightning and thunder, snow and hail, storm and whirlwind-these and also all things needed in the world, and the mysteries of creation. Even the princes of the heavens, when they see him they tremble before him, and prostrate themselves; his magnificence and majesty. The splendor and beauty radiating from him overwhelm them…
When Enoch was translated his body was turned into celestial fire-his flesh became flame, his veins fire, his bones coals, the light of his eyes heavenly brightness, his eyeballs torches of fire, his hair a flaring blaze, all his limbs and organs burning sparks, and his frame a consuming fire. To the right of him sparkled flames of fire, to the left of him burnt torches of fire, and on all sides he was engirdled by storm and whirlwind, hurricane and thundering. After the translation of Enoch, Methuselah was proclaimed ruler of the earth by all the kings.
Faith Lesson: Today, I will take one small step to preserve my humanity from Dark Magic and technology. I will begin to severe the access and tether that Satan is using to snare my soul.
